George R.R. Martin Screenwriting Competition Grant
Friday the recipient of the GRRM Screenwriting Grant – and the two runners-up – was announced! All applicants had to submit 10 pages of a fantasy or science fiction screenplay & treatment for a Feature or TV Pilot.
Congratulations to our student Michael Madrigal for being a runner-up for this competition!
The grantee will receive mentorship, a table or staged reading of their script, and $5,000, while the runners-up receive mentorship and $250 each.
Well done to all entrants – we have amazing writers in New Mexico!
